Jon and I believe that there is One True God and that salvation comes through Jesus Christ alone. (John 14:6) There is nothing that we can do to earn our way to heaven. The Bible is God's Holy word and has no errors. Our beliefs line up with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message and it states the doctrine and principles about Scripture that we believe so much better than I can.
My Testimony
I have been in church all my life and came to know Jesus as Savior at the age of seven. As I grew up, I continued to go to church with my family. It was my senior year when I realized that I was about to head to college and needed to start taking responsibility for my faith. That is when my relationship with Christ became real to me and when I truly began to grow in my relationship with God. I spent two summers in Montana working as a summer missionary. My second summer, I was sent on a mission trip to a church in Seattle to help a youth pastor named Jon. God allowed us to work closely together on that trip and that was the start of something great! We were married in 2006 and we strive to keep God at the center of our marriage. My relationship with God has been the best part of life because I know no matter what we go through, He is constant.
